About the role

HelmsBriscoe is seeking a results‑driven Global Sales Manager to join its remote team. This full‑time, commission‑only position focuses on building and nurturing client relationships worldwide, helping organisations find the perfect venues for their events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads across domestic and international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event sourcing needs.
• Negotiate contracts with venue partners and ensure optimal value for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and report on pipeline activity.

Required profile

• Proven sales, client relationship management, and business development experience.
• Expertise in event planning, strategic planning, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in hospitality, meetings, or events industry is a strong advantage.
