About the role
Joyn is seeking a General Manager to lead the next chapter of its established screen‑services business. Based in Mount Albert, Auckland, the role will oversee operations across New Zealand, Australia and international productions, combining business leadership, commercial growth and people development to drive performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for the screen‑services division, setting strategic direction.
- Develop and execute commercial growth initiatives that expand the business footprint.
- Lead, mentor and develop teams across multiple regions, fostering a high‑performing culture.
- Coordinate activities with production partners in New Zealand, Australia and overseas to ensure seamless delivery.
Required profile
- Proven senior management experience within a media or screen‑services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth and develop people.
- Experience working across New Zealand, Australia and international markets.
