General Manager – Consumer & Brand

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to lead the Consumer Division of a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven services organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape group‑wide brand, marketing, digital and customer‑experience strategy while owning the division’s P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the Consumer Division P&L, meeting revenue, EBITDA and growth targets.
• Define and execute a modern consumer strategy across segmentation, pricing and channel mix.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation of legacy systems into a scalable, digital‑first ecosystem.
• Enable regional growth through repeatable programmes, tools and operating models.
• Shape group‑wide brand, marketing, customer‑experience and digital strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a consumer‑facing, service‑led business.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and a track record of delivering growth.
• Demonstrated success leading transformation of systems, digital platforms and operating models.
• Ability to engage credibly with frontline, field‑based teams.
• Resilient, pragmatic leadership style suited to a fast‑moving, complex environment.
