About the role
Mapari Farmers Direct is looking for an experienced butcher to join its team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role covers two sites located in Mount Wellington, Auckland, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, farm‑direct environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cut and portion meat according to quality standards.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety practices throughout the work area.
- Operate across the two designated sites, ensuring consistent service.
