Freelance Recruitment Partner – Remote

About the role

Join RecXchange as a Freelance Recruitment Partner and work completely remotely. You will operate independently, choosing the roles you want to fill and collaborating with other recruiters to maximise placement success.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage high‑quality candidates for global client roles.
• Access and promote real vacancies from active hiring companies via the RecXchange platform.
• Partner with fellow recruiters to accelerate the filling of positions.
• Utilise AI‑driven matching and shortlisting tools to improve efficiency.
• Earn commissions on successful placements and benefit from fee‑sharing opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as an independent or freelance consultant.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage your own pipeline.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and meet targets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to work with AI‑based matching software.
