Freelance AI Training Participant (Remote)

About the role

Prolific is seeking individuals from New Zealand to join its pool of study participants. As a freelance AI training expert you will take part in a variety of short‑term research studies that help improve large language models and other AI systems. The work is fully remote and paid per completed study.

Key responsibilities

• Complete AI training and evaluation tasks such as ranking model responses or creating prompts.
• Take part in behavioural experiments, decision‑making games and cognitive tests.
• Provide user‑research feedback on software, apps or product concepts.
• Answer surveys, questionnaires and interview questions on topics ranging from current events to workplace culture.

Required profile

• Anyone with a high‑school diploma, trade qualification, university degree or PhD candidacy.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and access to a desktop or laptop computer.
• Ability to work uninterrupted for up to one hour per study.
• PayPal account for receiving payments and willingness to declare earnings as self‑employed.
