About the role
We are seeking a senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join a well‑established FMCG business in Newmarket, Auckland. The role sits at the heart of the finance function, partnering directly with executive and board‑level stakeholders to shape strategic financial decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead short‑ and long‑term financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Drive process improvements across the FP&A function to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and the board.
- Act as a key influencer on financial strategy within a high‑performing senior team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in FP&A within the FMCG sector.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence executive decision‑making.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience working with senior stakeholders.
