Finance Team Lead

About the role

Arrow Uniforms is seeking a Finance Team Lead to own and enhance its financial systems, reporting, cash and treasury functions, and decision‑support capabilities. This hands‑on position works closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial insight, improve processes, and support commercial decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve finance systems, workflows and internal controls, implementing scalable enhancements.
• Strengthen data integrity and deliver consistent, decision‑ready financial reporting.
• Own monthly management reporting, providing clear insights on performance, margins, cash and key drivers.
• Provide commercial analysis for pricing, tenders and broader business decisions.
• Lead cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital management to improve visibility of cash position.
• Support FX exposure monitoring and hedging considerations.
• Oversee compliance reporting (IRD requirements such as FBT, RWT) and maintain strong governance.
• Liaise with external advisors and auditors as required.
• Lead remote finance team members (AP, AR, data functions), ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and commercial thinking within finance.
