Finance Manager – Remote (New Zealand)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance Manager to join its growing New Zealand finance team. Working remotely, you will ensure high‑quality, timely financial data through daily reporting, tax compliance, reconciliations and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly accounting close, bookkeeping, variance analysis and controls using NetSuite and internal tools.
• Own reconciliations, financial controls and SOX frameworks.
• Lead local statutory audits and assist with the company’s disclosure statement.
• Support end‑to‑end regulatory reporting and collaborate with the global Tax team on VAT and CIT filings.
• Manage accounting vendors and act as the point of contact for local finance matters.
• Improve and automate processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Chartered Accountant qualification (CA or local equivalent).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech or high‑growth tech.
• Experience with external audit or finance management in a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand tax regulations, banking requirements, IFRS and local GAAP.
