Finance Business Partner - Property

About the role

IHC is looking for a Finance Business Partner - Property to join its central Wellington office. The role works closely with senior leaders to give high-quality financial insight and advice on property performance, operational decisions and sustainable outcomes. It is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $115k-$143k.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on property investment, divestment, financial decision making and portfolio optimisation.
• Support capital allocation and investment decisions, and provide long-term portfolio and financial planning.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis.
• Provide financial modelling and forward-looking insights to identify risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
• Comfortable working with complexity and able to turn financial information into practical insights for leaders.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker focused on continuous improvement and sustainability.
• Chartered Accountant (CAANZ or equivalent) with experience in business partnering, financial planning or management accounting.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
