Finance Business Partner

About the role

This position offers an ambitious Finance Business Partner the chance to work within a growing private‑sector organisation, providing accurate and insightful financial analysis, reporting and modelling to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial models and forecasts for new capital spend and support business case approvals.
• Analyse the competitive position of the portfolio and evaluate strategic alternatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver monthly performance reports and recommendations.
• Operate forecasting tools and lead the development of monthly, annual and three‑year plans.
• Produce financial reports with clear commentary for the business.
• Drive continuous improvement of commercial finance processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong experience in financial modelling and analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial audiences, including business cases and presentations.
• Sound accounting knowledge and either a CFA or CA qualification (or pursuing CFA).
• Experience in a commercial environment, Big 4, corporate finance or audit.
