About the role
We are seeking two proactive Executive Assistants to provide high‑level support to senior leaders within our university. One role will support the Registrar and Secretary to Council, while the other will assist the Deputy Vice‑Chancellor (Academic). Both positions are integral to ensuring smooth operations across a complex higher‑education environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive, triaging requests and managing priorities.
- Maintain high‑level diary management, correspondence, and meeting administration.
- Prepare and review council/board minutes, agendas, and high‑level communications.
- Coordinate project assistance and follow‑up on action items.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues, proposing effective solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator supporting senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs and progress work with minimal direction.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in council or board minute‑taking and agenda preparation is advantageous.

- Professional written communication and document preparation.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
