Entry-Level English Teacher (ESL) – No Experience Needed

About the role

English 1 is seeking motivated, globally‑minded individuals to join its network of schools in China as full‑time English teachers. No prior teaching experience is required – we provide training, teaching materials and visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to learners aged 3–16 in an interactive classroom environment.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their English abilities.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
