Deskside Engineer – 6‑Month Contract

About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Deskside Engineer to join our client on a six‑month contract. You will act as the first point of contact for end users, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 support in a modern Microsoft‑based computing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via Service Desk and Deskside channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user‑access issues.
- Set up, configure and deploy desktops across a large user base.
- Support and manage end‑user devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional service.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in Service Desk or Deskside environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
- Background supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
