Customer Service Representative – Hybrid (Wellington/Petone)

About the role

This permanent full-time hybrid position based in Wellington/Petone supports revenue growth and customer value through proactive sales engagement and exceptional service. The Customer Sales Representative works closely with customers, field sales teams and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions to support sales, service and business objectives.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase customer value through product recommendations, range expansion and sales growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support retention and long-term growth.
• Process customer orders accurately and resolve enquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to align with commercial priorities.
• Deliver results in line with agreed performance measures, service standards and compliance requirements.

• Strong customer relationship management with responsive service and effective communication.
• Commercial awareness to identify sales growth opportunities and increase product distribution.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to assess needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Planning and organisation ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
