Customer Service Representative – Garden

About the role

Join Mitre 10 Mega Wanaka as a Customer Service Representative in the Garden department. You will spend 40 hours a week assisting customers, ensuring they find the right gardening products and receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product advice and recommendations to garden shoppers.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude throughout each customer interaction.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues calmly, even during busy periods.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer tools to process transactions.
• Work a roster that includes one weekend day.

Required profile
