Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

About the role

Join NZ Safety Blackwoods’ dynamic contact centre in Auckland as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, delivering fast, accurate information and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and digital channels.
• Provide clear, concise information about products and services, processing requests and making business decisions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including sales, distribution and supply‑chain teams.
• Promote customer loyalty by delivering an outstanding experience.
• Develop deep knowledge of NZ Safety Blackwoods product range through comprehensive training.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre or contact‑centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong rapport‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning new digital platforms and navigating multiple IT systems.
