Customer Service Representative – Automotive Parts

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our BNT store in Papakura. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings, supporting trade customers both at the counter and over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Serve trade customers in‑store and via telephone, providing advice on the correct vehicle parts.
• Assist customers in selecting parts and solutions to complete their jobs.
• Pick, pack and process customer orders accurately.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customer base.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience; automotive or trade background is a plus.
• Full NZ driver’s licence.
• Genuine interest in cars and vehicle parts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑first mindset, willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
