About the role
Join Napier City Council as a Customer Service Officer on a fixed‑term contract until July 2027. Working Monday to Friday on‑site, you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing clear information and practical solutions. You will work in a supportive team environment and help improve the overall resident experience.
