Customer Service Manager (Front Office Supervisor)

About the role

UniLodge Auckland Central is looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager (called a Front Office Supervisor internally) to manage a small operations team. The role covers daily operations, oversight of the maintenance program and leasing of student apartments, and works alongside the General Manager on the property's day-to-day financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and develop a team of high-performing staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and key learning institutions.
• Work with the Leasing Agent on leasing and manage the apartments, including inspections and maintenance requests.
• Work with the General Manager on financial performance and keep communication with residents and stakeholders fluid and positive.
• Maintain the property to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Prepare reports for senior management as requested and act as an active member of the emergency response team during shifts.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in the accommodation industry.
• Experience with leasing and property management (highly regarded).
• NZ Police vetting is required.
