Courier – On‑road Pick‑up & Delivery

About the role

FedEx is seeking a reliable Courier to join its on‑road team. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels while providing excellent customer service across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Collect packages from customers and transport them to designated FedEx facilities.
• Deliver parcels to recipients in a timely and safe manner.
• Handle parcel packing and ensure items are secured for transport.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any issues encountered.
• Provide courteous assistance and answer customer inquiries during the delivery process.

Required profile

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
• Valid licences for motorbike, light, medium or heavy goods vehicles as applicable.
• Ability to work independently on the road and follow safety procedures.

Required skills

• Valid driving licences for the vehicle category you will operate.
