Key responsibilities

• Deepen customer connections and grow quality lending.
• Collaborate with a Commercial Associate and specialist partners to support businesses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or business banking relationship management.
• Confidence in credit and risk assessment, including complex deal structuring.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
• Experience identifying business development opportunities in competitive markets.
• Proficiency in applying sound judgement to financial analysis and portfolio management.
• Commercial acumen with a commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.
