About the role

We are looking for a driven Commercial Manager to join a leading global logistics and transportation provider. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing key accounts, and delivering consistent commercial results across regional and national markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across local, regional and national accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers to drive retention and growth.
  • Develop tailored proposals and lead tender/RFP submissions.
  • Expand international export business within the region.
  • Support franchise partners and sales teams to align with commercial strategy.
  • Manage sales pipeline, reporting and forecasting using CRM systems.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and proactively identify revenue‑growth opportunities.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 + years experience in B2B sales or a commercial role.
  • Proven track record in business development and account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Highly organised with solid commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

  • Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management.
