About the role
We are looking for a driven Commercial Manager to join a leading global logistics and transportation provider. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing key accounts, and delivering consistent commercial results across regional and national markets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across local, regional and national accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers to drive retention and growth.
- Develop tailored proposals and lead tender/RFP submissions.
- Expand international export business within the region.
- Support franchise partners and sales teams to align with commercial strategy.
- Manage sales pipeline, reporting and forecasting using CRM systems.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and proactively identify revenue‑growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years experience in B2B sales or a commercial role.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organised with solid commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management.
