Commercial Lead – Beauty

About the role

ZURU is seeking a Commercial Lead to own and execute the global commercial strategy for its fast‑growing beauty portfolio, which includes brands such as MONDAY Haircare and DAISE. Reporting to the Commercial Director for Beauty & Pet, you will drive top‑line growth and profitability across worldwide markets and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global commercial plan covering pricing, distribution, trade investment and promotional architecture.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing SKUs, ensuring seamless launches at scale.
• Collaborate with in‑market teams to define and execute the 4P (product, price, place, promotion) strategy.
• Own pricing and trade strategy, global demand planning, joint business plans and retailer negotiations.
• Use data‑driven insights to identify opportunities, close gaps and exceed commercial targets.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in FMCG or beauty brands.
• Deep analytical ability and comfort making decisions based on data.
• High level of ownership, grit and drive to exceed ambitious growth targets.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑moving, globally distributed environment.
