About the role
Join ZURU’s fast‑growing commercial team as a Graduate and help shape the global expansion of our brands. You will work across retail, supply, design and factory functions to drive revenue, profitability and strong retailer partnerships worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Apply ZURU’s business development principles to grow global distribution and retail footprint.
- Act as a liaison between front‑end sales teams and back‑end operations in China, solving issues and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Execute the global go‑to‑market plan, launch new customers and markets, and identify post‑launch growth opportunities.
- Support commercial negotiations, develop volume forecasts and profitability analyses.
- Prepare brand content for sales decks, present brand strategy, and collaborate on e‑commerce plans.
- Assist with annual planning, forecast processes and building the global P&L from territory plans.
- Coordinate with supply and demand teams to maintain inventory levels and achieve high OTIF scores.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a strong interest in commercial strategy and business development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
