About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Counter Manager to lead our Clinique beauty counter at the Centre Place store. You will champion the Clinique brand, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers.
- Showcase expertise in makeup, skincare and fragrance to advise shoppers.
- Maintain visual standards and product presentation on the counter.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimal.
Required profile
- Passion for beauty products and strong customer service orientation.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a retail setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
