Clinical Pharmacist – Khamis Mushait

About the role
Diaverum is seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to lead pharmaceutical care for its dialysis clinics in Khamis Mushait. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality drug therapy, patient education, and preventive care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage pharmaceutical care for assigned clinic(s) in line with Diaverum’s clinical governance standards.
- Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate drug therapy services to achieve therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide medication education and health‑promotion activities for patients.
- Oversee pharmaceutical supply management and ensure availability of required medicines.
- Lead scientific research and preventive‑care projects related to renal health.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing and operations teams as the primary point of contact for all pharmacy‑related matters.
Required profile
- Licensed pharmacist with a degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience in renal or dialysis pharmacy is preferred.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site and adhere to clinical, medical and performance standards.
- Strong commitment to patient‑centred, evidence‑based care.
