Client Solutions Manager

About the role

Robert Half Auckland is hiring a Client Solutions Manager for a full-time, permanent, on-site position. As a consultant, you generate recruitment opportunities for your practice area, build the brand awareness of Robert Half, and manage the full talent lifecycle for candidates, from pre-screen to final placement. For clients, you handle new business development, maintain relationships, generate job orders, advise and recruit, negotiate salaries and fees and provide post-placement care.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate incremental growth in personal monthly performance and deliver quality customer service.
• Lead your own business development and candidate acquisition.
• Create and maintain a productive sales culture with inclusive leadership.
• Grow your network to develop new and existing business relationships.
• Build a talent pool and candidate pipeline.
• Conduct every stage of a talent solution for your customers.
• Analyse the market and share trends.
• Take part in company events, networking, CSR activities and community engagement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in 360-degree recruitment.
• Passionate, driven and tenacious, enjoying collaborative work in a high-performing environment.
• Open to training and career development, with quick, agile decision-making.
• Results-oriented, adaptable and resilient.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with leaders at all levels.
