About the role

Robert Half, a global, NYSE-listed specialist talent solutions provider, is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Auckland team. The role leads end-to-end recruitment solutions within a practice area, building new business, nurturing client partnerships and identifying high-calibre talent. It suits someone who enjoys a dynamic, consultative environment and is driven by results, relationships and career progression. The position is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your client portfolio through strategic business development.
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline across your specialisation.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Advise clients on hiring needs, salary trends and talent strategy.
• Deliver strong candidate and client experiences.
• Share insights on market trends and industry developments.
• Take part in internal events, CSR initiatives and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Confident 360-degree recruiter or B2B sales professional with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Working rights in New Zealand or eligibility for sponsorship as a recruitment consultant.
