Client Executive – Commercial & SME

About the role

As a Client Executive you will be a key member of Aon's regional team, delivering excellent service to both existing and new commercial and SME clients. You will work closely with Claims, Aon Business Services and other internal partners to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end client journey, coordinating with Claims teams and Aon Business Services for timely support.
• Own a portfolio of commercial/SME clients, contributing to client planning alongside Client Directors and Managers.
• Lead renewal and mid‑term discussions, providing accurate, timely advice aligned with client needs.
• Optimise systems and processes to improve efficiency, scalability and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate operational, privacy and third‑party risks in daily activities.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain insurance concepts clearly.
