Client & Contractor Projects Co-ordinator

About the role

Pacific Safe Harbours Limited is seeking a proactive Client & Contractor Projects Co-ordinator to manage marine refit projects from initial booking through to final invoicing. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a long‑term career path with potential leadership opportunities and a varied mix of administration, accounting and client liaison duties.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of marine refit project administration, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage contractor communications, scheduling, and documentation throughout each project phase.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, process invoices, and support accounts reconciliation.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for client and contractor interaction.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
