About the role
The Personal Assistant / Project Coordinator will support a range of community‑focused projects and enquiries across arts, heritage, events and public spaces. This fast‑moving role blends administrative assistance with project coordination to help connect people and places.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for projects and enquiries across community hubs, arts, heritage and events.
- Coordinate creative, community‑facing activities that link people with local spaces.
- Manage public enquiries and ensure timely, accurate responses.
- Assist in organising events, exhibitions and heritage initiatives.
- Maintain records, schedules and documentation for multiple simultaneous projects.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in community, arts, heritage and event coordination.
