Casual Service Consultant

About the role

As a Service Consultant at ANZ you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality interactions and processing a range of financial transactions. You will also identify additional customer needs and refer them to the appropriate sales channel, contributing to the bank’s commitment to improve financial wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with ANZ standards.
• Process cash and non‑cash transactions quickly and accurately using tools such as NBC.
• Manage cash holdings, arrange deliveries and repatriations, and minimise counter cash.
• Maintain compliance with branch policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with team members.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of compliance and sales processes.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn banking tools.
