About the role

Join T2 Tea as a Casual Sales Assistant at the St Lukes store, delivering an immersive tea experience to customers. You’ll provide exceptional service, deepen your product knowledge, and help create memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer service to every visitor.
• Continuously expand knowledge of T2 teas and brewing techniques to become a product expert.
• Manage high volumes of stock and execute visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Follow T2 health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is advantageous.
