Casual Sales Assistant – Retail

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our Bras N Things store in Sylvia Park. The role involves delivering a welcoming and empowering in‑store experience for customers across all shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain visual standards and keep the sales floor tidy and well‑stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system.
• Support team members by stepping in where needed, especially during busy periods.
• Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for retail and customer service.
• Flexible availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Proactive attitude with the confidence to take initiative.
• Clear, positive and approachable communication style.
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn; previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential.
