Business Transformation Consultant (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis. You will collaborate with a client’s team to enhance AI model training with real‑world management consulting insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation practices.
• Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies for accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver high‑quality written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Stay updated on management consulting trends to provide current, impactful input.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a management consultant, preferably from a top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver practical, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with cross‑functional remote teams.
