Banking Assistant – Fixed Term (Manukau)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other banking transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly face‑to‑face service, assisting customers with account queries and digital banking guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies, security and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

• Strong attention to detail with proven numerical, administrative and technical abilities.

Required skills
