B2B Account Manager – Key Accounts

About the role

Join BIC World’s New Zealand team as a B2B Account Manager, responsible for growing and managing key DIV 1000 accounts. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop go‑to‑market strategies, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive sales performance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create and administer the go‑to‑market strategy and joint business plan for assigned customers.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships, ensuring service levels are met and escalating issues promptly.
• Achieve sales targets (volume, net sales, profitability) and execute promotional and pricing strategies with Marketing and RGM teams.
• Track and analyse sales performance, maintain forecasts, and monitor product availability and compliance.
• Lead the customer’s category review process in collaboration with Sales, Category, and Marketing teams.
• Oversee commercial aspects, including budget management, trade‑spend optimisation, and ROI tracking.
• Maintain the 12‑month forecast and support monthly S&OP reporting to meet service‑level KPIs.
