Account Manager – SaaS Renewals & Growth

About the role

Simpro is scaling its Customer Success organisation and is looking for multiple Account Managers to own large portfolios of SMB and Mid‑Market customers. You will be responsible for renewals, reducing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities within a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end renewals for a portfolio of 100+ accounts, maintaining accurate forecasts.
• Proactively identify at‑risk customers through usage insights and outreach.
• Spot and act on expansion opportunities such as additional users, modules, or training.
• Partner with customers to unlock further value from the Simpro platform.
• Follow established playbooks, cadences, and maintain excellent CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals within SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing renewals and reducing churn across a large portfolio.
• Experience with SMB or Mid‑Market customers, preferably in operational or trade‑based industries.
• Strong commercial instincts and a results‑focused mindset.
