Account Executive – Wholesale Operations (NZ)

About the role

The Account Executive will partner with the NZ Sales Manager to ensure seamless order management, delivery, and business planning for Levi’s wholesale customers. This role focuses on execution, detail‑orientation, and cross‑functional collaboration to protect the premium brand position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end order process, from placement through delivery and replenishment.
• Support delivery performance, ensuring orders are complete and on time.
• Collaborate with the NZ Sales Manager on order placement, sell‑through performance, and customer requirements.
• Track go‑to‑market milestones, deadlines, and activities aligned to the GTM calendar.
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal partners.
• Process orders in SAP according to account guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate pricing templates, product information, delivery schedules, and goods receipt processes.
• Work with Planning and Distribution to resolve delivery issues with customer‑focused solutions.
• Provide data, reporting, and actionable insights to help meet sales targets.
• Prepare reports and ad‑hoc analysis to support the wholesale business.

Required profile

• Organised and commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers, systems, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to solve problems, build trusted relationships, and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, order management, or wholesale operations (preferred).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and data analysis).
• SAP or a similar order‑management system.
