Works Scheduler – Sewer Jetting Team

About the role

The Works Scheduler will plan and coordinate the activities of our jetting teams that maintain extensive sewer networks across a designated area. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule work in line with service level agreements while optimising travel routes for productivity.
• Provide telephone and web‑chat support to internal and external customers, updating them as needed.
• Enter and upload accurate information into the works management system, recording and escalating issues promptly.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met, keeping stakeholders informed of incidents or events.
• Report safety issues according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, listening and clear communication abilities.
• Competent IT user with accurate data‑entry capability.
• Team player who can also work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• GCSE English and Maths.
