Windscreen Technician – Automotive Glass Installer

About the role

Albany Toyota is seeking an experienced Windscreen Technician to join its automotive service team. The role is primarily based at the Albany branch, with travel to three additional service centres using a mobile windscreen replacement van.

Key responsibilities

• Replace windscreens on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Perform stone chip repairs.
• Carry out windscreen calibrations.
• Operate and drive the mobile windscreen replacement van between service centres.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive glass repairs and replacements.
• Full, clean driver’s licence with confidence driving a mobile service van.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.
