Electrical Technician

About the role

Vessev is pioneering hydrofoiling electric vessels and needs an Electrical Technician to join its tightly‑integrated Electrical team. This full‑time, hands‑on position involves building, installing and commissioning the electrical systems that power high‑performance marine craft.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble electrical systems according to design documentation and wiring schematics.
• Install hardware, brackets, supports, cables, harnesses and conductors onto vessel structures.
• Terminate cables, connectors and harnesses to ensure reliable system integration.
• Perform testing, validation and commissioning of vessel hardware and systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical faults and system issues.
• Inspect and validate electrical systems to meet Vessev’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and boat builders to improve build processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized and professional workshop environment.

Required profile

• Relevant electrical technician qualification.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in electrical work, preferably in marine, avionics or a related industry.
• Proven experience with cables, harnesses and connectors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Ability to work safely and collaboratively in a fast‑paced production setting.
