Warehouse Operative – Hamilton

About the role

Join Motion’s growing logistics team in Hamilton as a Warehouse Operative. You will support a customer‑focused service across multiple business units, ensuring orders are accurate, dispatched on time, and the warehouse environment remains safe and tidy.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Verify order accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
• Promote and uphold health and safety standards in line with OSH requirements.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and free of hazards.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to lift objects of at least 20 kg.
• Valid New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Good understanding of health and safety in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and develop efficient handling methods.
• Team‑player attitude with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and handling procedures.
