Undergraduate Civil & Structural Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

Robert Bird Group (RBG) is seeking Undergraduate Civil / Structural Engineers to join its building structures, infrastructure and civil works team. This graduate‑level opportunity provides exposure to complex projects, mentorship from industry leaders and a blend of in‑person and online training.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures.
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports and other technical documentation.
• Partner with supportive colleagues through a buddy system.
• Participate in industry events, networking opportunities and graduate community activities.
• Engage in graduate development workshops covering consulting, client interaction and time management.

Required profile

• Third or penultimate year of a relevant engineering degree.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
• Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools and engineering principles.
