• Create customised itineraries covering flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance and more.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations based on up‑to‑date travel knowledge.

• Act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships with clients.
• Manage bookings, invoices and operate the company’s booking systems while multitasking with customers present.
