Join a dynamic team delivering an epic experience for trade customers in the construction sector. As a Trade Drive‑Thru Sales Assistant you will support busy tradies and DIY enthusiasts, ensuring they receive the right products quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in loading vehicles and consolidating orders to provide a seamless, efficient experience for trade customers.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, hazard‑free work environment to support smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Can‑do attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and solid health‑and‑safety values for manual lifting tasks.
• Building industry knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Required skills

• Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
