About the role
Join Siemens Healthineers as a Technical Software Support professional, helping customers keep the Varian oncology software suite running smoothly. You will work remotely to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime for critical healthcare systems.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to support requests remotely and investigate issues across Windows and Linux environments.
- Troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and virtual environment problems.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and restore systems to normal operation quickly.
- Document all support activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist with installations, upgrades, maintenance, and provide customer training.
- Follow WHS, quality, and company procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple IT layers.
- Experience with Windows Server, networking, and virtual environments.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
