Technical Lead – SAP

About the role

Chorus is looking for a Technical Lead – SAP to own the stability, reliability and performance of its SAP landscape. You will work at the centre of a critical platform, balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement and future‑focused thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure SAP environments remain stable, secure and scalable.
• Lead technical operational response activities and incident management.
• Guide platform improvements and drive adoption of modern SAP technologies.
• Collaborate with delivery squads, vendors, business stakeholders and technology partners.
• Design solutions with long‑term sustainability, operability and quality in mind.
• Automate processes, improve observability and reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting complex SAP operational environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident/problem management capabilities.
• Leadership during incidents and ability to mentor others.
• Mindset focused on modernisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Deep lifecycle expertise, including client/system copies and complex upgrades across integrated systems.
