Senior Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team building a global logistics platform. The role offers the chance to ship high‑impact features, dive into a complex domain, and work closely with senior engineers and US‑based stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship features that improve the platform for customers worldwide.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews and code reviews, influencing solutions with strong analysis.
• Build reliable software for production systems that require minimal post‑deployment changes.
• Collaborate with peers and US‑based teams on delivery, design alignment and technical decisions.
• Continuously improve code quality, documentation and operational confidence.
• Take part in occasional support rotations, handling diagnostics, root‑cause analysis and fixes.
• Provide technical guidance through example and pragmatic problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Typically 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Proven impact on production systems and ability to make technical decisions independently.
• Experience working in Linux/Ubuntu environments and supporting live, business‑critical systems.

Required skills

• .NET (production experience)
• Python
• Angular or similar front‑end framework
• Linux / Ubuntu
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities
• Rust (nice to have)
